How to build trust and level up as a buyer or seller.

1. Always leave a review

After every transaction, drop your review. Ratings and comments help other users and lift the whole community.

  • Rate within 7 days to make sure it counts toward the seller's score.
  • Specific comments help far more than star ratings alone.
  • Your reviewer reputation also weighs in the reviews you receive.

Pro tip

Frequent reviewers get a 1.5x weight on the reviews they receive back.

2. Earn badges and tiers

Sellers earn badges (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond) by hitting goals: sales count, approval rate and response time.

  • Bronze: 10+ sales · Silver: 50+ · Gold: 200+ · Diamond: 1000+.
  • A 95% minimum approval rate is required to level up.
  • Delays and lost disputes erase part of your progress.

Diamond cuts platform fees by 1% and prioritizes your listings.

3. Track your score

Your dashboard shows detailed metrics: approval rate, disputes, average delivery time. Use the data to spot where to improve.

  • Approval: % of transactions completed without an open dispute.
  • Response: average time to reply to buyer messages.
  • Delivery: average time from confirmed payment to delivery.

Pro tip

A score above 4.8 puts you in the 'featured sellers' carousel on the homepage.
