Mandatory guidelines that keep M9 safe, fair, and functional for buyers, sellers, and staff.

By using M9.GG you agree to these rules. Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent ban — without prior notice depending on severity.

SEÇÃO 01

Community conduct

Mutual respect between buyers, sellers, and staff is non-negotiable across every channel.

  • 1Treat everyone with respect. Hate speech, racism, xenophobia, LGBT-phobia, sexism, or any form of discrimination is forbidden.
  • 2Harassment, threats, or stalking other users — including DMs or external networks — leads to immediate action.
  • 3Impersonating other users, staff, or brands is forbidden.
  • 4Spam, flooding, or self-promotion outside the appropriate spaces is not allowed.

SEÇÃO 02

Anti-fraud

Any fraud attempt, undue chargeback, or manipulation results in a permanent ban and may be reported to authorities.

  • 1Multiple accounts are forbidden. Each user must operate with a single verified account.
  • 2Undue chargeback attempts after receiving the product result in a ban and legal action.
  • 3Manipulation of reviews, votes, or metrics (self-buying, fake accounts, seller collusion) is forbidden.
  • 4Trying to bypass the platform by trading off-site breaches the terms and removes buyer protection.

SEÇÃO 03

Listings & products

Every listing must be truthful, legal, and meet M9's quality criteria.

  • 1False information (rank, level, skins, condition) results in listing removal and a reputation penalty.
  • 2Screenshots and media must reflect the product's real state, with no deceptive editing.
  • 3Items obtained via hacks, exploits, or account compromise are forbidden and reported to publishers.
  • 4Selling illegal services or products, adult content, or items violating the game publisher's terms is not allowed.

SEÇÃO 04

Deadlines & delivery

Sellers must strictly meet the promised SLA. Instant delivery must, in fact, be instant.

  • 1Listings marked as instant delivery must deliver within 5 minutes of confirmed payment.
  • 2Manual deliveries must be completed within the deadline informed in the listing (48h max).
  • 3Recurring delays hurt your reputation and may temporarily suspend your store.
  • 4After delivery, the buyer has 24h to confirm receipt or open a dispute.

SEÇÃO 05

Payments & payouts

All payments go through M9 buyer protection. Payouts follow M9's KYC and payout cycle rules.

  • 1Accepting payments off-platform is forbidden — you lose protection and may be banned.
  • 2Payouts require verified KYC and follow the payout cycle (D+7 for instant transfer, D+15 for bank account).
  • 3Money laundering attempts, suspicious transactions, or volumes incompatible with your profile are reported.
  • 4Taxes on earnings are the seller's individual responsibility.

SEÇÃO 06

Disputes & refunds

Disputes are mediated by the M9 team based on evidence from both parties.

  • 1Disputes must be opened within 7 days of delivery, with evidence (screenshots, videos, logs).
  • 2Full refunds apply when the product was not delivered or is clearly different from advertised.
  • 3Malicious disputes or those with fabricated evidence may result in a warning or ban.
  • 4The final mediation decision is binding for both parties.

SEÇÃO 07

Penalties

Sanctions escalate based on severity and recurrence of the detected violation.

  • 1Warning: internal record on the account, no loss of access.
  • 2Temporary suspension: new orders blocked for 7 to 30 days, with the right to appeal.
  • 3Permanent ban: definitive removal from the platform, no right to recreate the account.
  • 4Confirmed fraud may be reported to authorities and triggers held balance seizure.
